Naturhouse Board of Directors
Mr. Félix Revuelta is Executive Chairman of Naturhouse Group and its major shareholder through Kiluva, S.A., of which he is its Sole Administrator. Previously he was also a Board Member at SNIACE and Natraceutical, S.A. He previously worked at the Spanish National Industrial Institute and as a consultant and subsequently Director at DIETISA (the Spanish subsidiary of Dietetique et Santé). Félix Revuelta is an economist.
Ms. Vanesa Revuelta is Vice Chairman of Naturhouse Group. She is also Vice Chairman of Kiluva, S.A. and, since 2002, has been Editor of Peso Perfecto magazine. Before taking this position, she worked as an Export Manager at Naturhouse Group, Sales Representative at Naturhouse Group in the Balearics and worked in Administration and Accounting at Naturhouse Group. Vanesa Revuelta has a degree in History from the Universidad de Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in International Business from London City College.
Mr. Kilian Revuelta is Vice Chairman of Naturhouse Group. He is also a Board Member of Kiluva, S.A. He previously ran the Portuguese subsidiary of the Group, worked as Export Manager for Naturhouse Group, Sales Representative at Naturhouse Group in the Balearics and worked in Administration and Accounting at Naturhouse Group. Kilian Revuelta has a degree in Business Studies and a Master’s degree in Family Business Management, both from Queens University Belfast.
Mr. Rafael Moreno is Proprietary Director of Naturhouse Group by proposal of Kiluva, S.A. He is also Sole Administrator of Fenoplástica Lights and Electrics, S.L., CEO of Finatesa 60, S.A. and Secretary of ACPETUR (Catalan Association of Tourism Journalists and Writers). Until 2007, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Fábrica Electrotécnica Josa, S.A. corporation. Rafael Moreno has a degree in Law from Universidad de Barcelona.
Mr. Pedro Nueno is a Director of Naturhouse Group. He is also Fundación Bertran Chair Professor for Entrepreneurial Initiative at IESE and Chengwei Ventures Chair Professor of Entrepreneurship at CEIBS (China Europe International Business School), as well as being Chairman of CEIBS in Shanghai with a branch in Ghana. He is founder (2000) and was Chairman of FINAVES (until 2010), a venture capital firm linked to the Fundación Bertrán Chair for Entrepreneurial Initiative at IESE, which promotes innovative companies. He has received the following awards and distinctions: Encomienda de Número al Mérito Civil (Spain, 2003), Creu de Sant Jordi (Catalan Regional Government, 2003), Silver and Golden Magnolia Award (Shanghai Government, 2007), Friendship Award (People’s Republic of China, 2009), Outstanding Contribution Award (People’s Republic of China, 2014). He has also been an Independent Director for Transportes Azkar, Puig, Pascual, Idom, General Optica Internacional, C.H. Werfer, CELSA, and institutions such as the Harvart Business School, the European Foundation for Management Development, the World Bank, among others. Pedro Nueno has a PhD in Business Administration from Harvard University and a degree in Industrial Engineering and Quantity Surveying from the Universidad Politécnica de Barcelona.
Mr. José María Castellano is a Director of Naturhouse Group. He is also Vice Chairman of newspaper La Voz de Galicia. From 1985 until 2005, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Inditex and in 1997, was named Vice Chairman and CEO of the Group. He was Chairman of ONO, S.A. and Novagalicia Banco. José María Castellano has a PhD in Economics and Business from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, is a Professor in Finance and Accounting at Universidad de A Coruña and is a member of the Academy of Economics and Finance.
Mr. Ignacio Bayón is an independent board member at Naturhouse. He is also chairman of the FAD foundation and Citroën Hispania and leads Universidad de Comillas’ Board of Trustees. He is a former Minister of Industry and Energy (1980-1982) and has been chairman of a range of companies, such as RENFE, Espasa Calpe publishing house, Grucycsa, Osma and Realia. He has also been a board member at Nestlé, Canal Plus, Repsol, Telefónica, FCC and the Instituto Nacional de Industria, among others. Ignacio Bayón has a PhD in Law from Madrid’s Universidad Complutense and is also a State and Parliamentary Counsel.
