• With the opening of these new centres, Naturhouse has completed 30% of its 2015-2016 growth plan, which forecasts net openings of 240 establishments over the period, far exceeding total net openings in 2014
Madrid, 20th of May 2015.- Naturhouse, a company specialising in the sale of diet products and dietary re-education, has seen a speed-up in growth in April thanks to the positive progress of its international business. Last month, the group registered net openings of 22 new centres, boosting the total number of openings in 2015 to 72. This figure is 12.5% higher than the net openings registered in 2014, when Naturhouse’s network grew by 64 establishments.
This positive progress has meant that, in barely four months, Naturhouse has completed 30% of its growth plan for 2015 and 2016, which forecasts net openings of 240 new centres in the 27 countries where the company has operations, as well as in other new markets. The company has signed master franchises in Puerto Rico, Colombia and Tunisia, which are currently in the product registration phase.
In the first quarter of 2015, Naturhouse improved all its main financial figures and boosted the profitability of the business. The EBITDA margin has therefore reached 35.2%, the highest in the industry and above the guidance range for 2015 and 2016. The company’s net margin stands at 24% after improving profits after tax by 12.3% compared to the same period in 2014 to reach €5.82 million. The group’s sales stood at €24.25 million for the first quarter of 2015.
Naturhouse, which has no net debt and does not require significant resources for growth, was listed on the Spanish stock exchange on 24 April 2015 with the aim of boosting the company’s professionalisation and strengthening its brand image internationally.
