Dividends

The aim of the Naturhouse Health, S.A. Shareholder Remuneration Policy is to link shareholder remuneration with company profits.

Unless circumstances arise that justify their modification, the percentage of profits paid out as a dividend to shareholders (payout) should be sustainable and compatible with maintaining financial strength. On applying these criteria, a payout has been established of at least 85% of consolidated net profit.
